For Gabriella “Gaby” Rubio, Alief ISD is more than a school district—it is home.
A lifelong Alief ISD student, Gaby has attended Hearne Elementary, Youngblood Intermediate, and Albright Middle School. She is now a senior at Alief Hastings High School, Class of 2027, where she proudly serves as Co-Captain of the Hastings Cheer Team.
Gaby’s connection to Alief runs deep. Her mother, brothers, aunts, and uncles are also proud Alief ISD alumni, making the district an important part of her family’s story and her own journey.
Beyond the classroom and the cheerleading mat, Gaby is a fashion model and an advocate for confidence, leadership, and community service. She currently holds the title of Miss Teen Supreme USA 2026, an accomplishment that will take her beyond Alief and onto the international stage.
From November 24–30, 2026, Gaby will travel to Bogotá, Colombia, where she will proudly represent the United States as she competes for the international crown. Through this experience, she hopes to showcase the values, diversity, excellence, and community spirit that have helped shape who she is.
Gaby is also committed to giving back to the community that has supported her throughout her education. She hopes to become more involved with Alief ISD by volunteering at district events, participating in community initiatives, and using her platform to make a positive difference.
Her journey reflects the power of community, family, and education—and she is proud to carry the Alief spirit with her wherever she goes.
As Gaby prepares to represent the USA internationally, she also carries with her the pride of being an Alief ISD student and a member of a family with generations of connections to the district.
